#108 – Tabletop – Favor of the Pharaoh

We played some games with our families over the holiday break, and the one that stood out the most was Favor of the Pharaoh, the new game from Tom Lehmann and Bezier Games. Favor of the Pharaoh is a reimplimentation of To Court the King (a game Lehman designed that was published by Rio Grande Games), so we first talk about that game, and then look at how Lehmann and Ted Alspach at Bezier Games improved and expanded upon that original idea. **Sorry for the diminished audio quality this episode. Our recording computer switched to the built-in microphone instead of our stuido mics, which is why it’s not a clear as normal. We think the content is still worth listening to, and we’ll be back to our normal standard for audio quality next episode.
