The Paradox Comic Show is a one-day, all-ages comic con with over 5000 square feet of vendors and creators surrounded by food, drink, and activities. Shop comics, toys, collectibles, browse artists tables, and take part in panels about art, writing, reading comics, and more. Meanwhile, enjoy the restaurants and vendors that are always top-notch at Brewhalla.
Tickets are just $20—and kids 10 and under attend for free!

Brewhalla is a gorgeous venue with free parking and hotel rooms on site. The market there features pizza, sandwiches, noodles, desserts, and a full bar. You won’t want to leave!

David Michelinie
David Michelinie has been a professional writer for over 50 years. He has written more than 600 comic book stories, in which he created several characters (Venom, Carnage, Taskmaster) which have been featured in major motion pictures. His comics career has spanned genres from westerns to war to horror to super hero. In addition to his comics work, David has published two novels, has placed short stories in anthologies (Werewolves: Dead Moon Rising) and periodicals (Spider-Man Magazine), is a published poet (Poetic Images: The Great American West) and has written scripts for the Nicktoons animated TV series, Iron Man Armored Adventures. His comic book biography of Mother Teresa won the Catholic Book Award for Best Children’s Book, and his prose effort, “Lord Pemberton’s Adjustment Service,” won the 2017 Pulp Factory Award for Best Short Story.

Brad Anderson
Brad Anderson, originally from Kenora, Ontario, began his comic career after attending the Joe Kubert School in 1996. Shortly after returning to Canada, he began painting comics at Digital Chameleon, where he cut his teeth on some of the top comic characters in the business. After leaving as Art Director, he began independently working on Star Wars Legacy at Dark Horse, as well as Catwoman at DC and Ultimate Hawkeye at Marvel.
Other works such as Justice League: Darkside War, Doomsday Clock, Dark Knight: The Master Race with Frank Miller, 3 Jokers, and GEIGER, count among the many other titles over his almost 30 years in the business.
Trained in traditional painting and illustration, Anderson has fully drawn and colored his own work on covers like JUNKYARD JOE and GEIGER. He also offers a full range of commission work from pencil, ink, and full color.
Anderson joined the groundbreaking creator collective at GHOST MACHINE as Lead Colorist, where he will be working on GEIGER, REDCOAT, ROOK: EXODUS, and HYDE STREET.

Brad Thingvold is a North Dakota artist who creates comic-style art, graphite portraits, digital paintings, and white charcoal sketches, and infrequently writes and draws his webcomic, Bingo!

Chuck Lang is a sci-fi horror author whose works uncover malevolent forces and feature raw characters grappling with dark pasts. His recent release, Dead Gods from the Sins of Saint Andrew series, is an intense supernatural horror set in a haunted Midwestern town where the damned walk with the living.

Edgelord’s Vault has been a part of comic collecting for over 40 years. We sell back issued comic books ranging from simple “run fillers,” minor and major key appearances that consists of both “raw” (ungraded) and graded books. We can assist everyone ranging from people that are new to comic books all the way to veteran collectors.

Finn Harrison
Finn J. Harrison is a comics writer and artist from Moorhead, Minnesota, best known for his art in the book Reliquarian for Third Basement Comics. Other notable works include his self published crime series Gary the Bank Robber, various super hero projects, and his contributions to the anthology Minnesota Manga.

We hand paint tabletop miniatures for different gaming systems (or for holiday villages!) and write books in the fantasy realm. We also have crotcheted plushies!

Pop Culture Pasttimes
Clyde and Harold Tietjens offer toys through their eBay store, Pop Culture Pasttimes. Transformer are their specialty. Harold has published 10 books about Transformers titled “The Cybertronian Recognition Guides.” He also owned Now & Then Collectibles for over 30 years in Mason City, Iowa.

Troy Becker has been an illustrator, cartoonist, and graphic artist for Forum Communications for nearly 18 years. He also enjoys creating screen prints, comics, and graphic novels. You can find his art in local exhibits and commissions across the upper Midwest.

If you’re interested in participating in the 2026 Paradox Comic Show either as a vendor or creator, please complete the form on this page to apply for space. We’ll be reviewing and approving applications in a timely manner and will contact you as soon as we can. We have space for up to 40 vendors and 10 creator booths, but we anticipate high demand and may not be able to accept every application. Please be thorough in providing the requested information. We’re looking for exciting and professional people and goods to create a great shopping experience for attendees.

- Artists/Creators: 8ft x 6ft Booth: $60
- Each booth includes one 7ft table and 2 chairs - feel free to apply for more than one space!
