26 Roberts Street is closed up! We said our goodbyes this past weekend and we’re on to 814 Main Avenue South!
We’re all excited and overwhelmed with the support and enthusiasm you’ve shown. Fargo / Moorhead has been incredibly kind and extremely positive about this move. Now that it’s finally here, we’re ready to build the future with you and take everything Paradox has to offer to the next level. There will be so many new events, so much more of what we already do, and unlimited possibilities. Thank you all for your support and we’ll open the door for you soon!
Opening Day(s) Events
So big Friday is 48 hours to celebrate our historic opening “day”!
Friday Night Magic is the heart and soul of Magic: the Gathering and Magic is the origin of gaming with Paradox Comics-N-Cards. We’re kicking things off at our new home where it all began in our old home!
We know you are as excited as we are to play so we’re expanding FNM into a 2-day blockbuster to give everyone a chance to play!
Casual Commander Games
Many of you will come with groups or friends, and anyone new to Paradox or Commander can count on us to help you find the right group to join.
Commander is running from open to close both days of our celebration event!
Draft Pods
Let’s get to crackin! Booster Draft is pods of 8 players opening 3 packs of Bloomburrow Play Booster Packs, choosing a card and passing the rest of the cards to the next player. Build a minimum 40 card deck and let the battles begin!
FNM Modern
It’s your weekly chance to play with some of Magic’s greatest cards from years gone by. Whether you like to play for fun or competitive, it’s your home every week for Modern.

Our Schedule
Day One
Friday, August 2nd, 10AM
We’re expecting lots of customers, friends, and family for this historic day. Here’s a few things that will come in handy.
Parking
We’ve got a large parking lot at 814 Main Avenue South.
You’ll find ample parking along the building, on Main Avenue, and behind the building. The space has ben unoccupied for quite some time so we’ll be working to make sure that the lot is fully available, but we know that our new neighbors have been using it and we want to respect everyone around as we move in.
Entrance
There’s a brand-new entryway to the building.
You’ll still find it near Main Avenue but now it’s on our East side. This is the only customer door.
Gaming
We’ve got game tables available whenever we are open.
We’ll be announcing our ever-growing schedule of events and building the best organized play programs possible.
Friday means Magic: the Gathering and Friday Night Magic (FNM). We’re going to keep it simple for us and our players with a normal schedule of events: Commander, Modern, & booster draft.
